Will you groom my senior or medicated pet?
Yes, we handle seniors and pets on medication with extra care. Please inform us of all meds/conditions when booking.
What should I bring for boarding?
Bring your pet’s food (clearly labelled), medicines, any comfort item (blanket/toy) and vaccination records if requested.
How long does a grooming session take?
It depends on the package and your pet’s
needs, but most sessions take 1.5–3 hours.
How often should I groom my pet?
Most dogs benefit from a full groom every 6–8 weeks; short-haired pups need less frequent trims but regular baths and nail care.
